Davina Kobrin, principal consultant, founded YOU Consulting in 2006 and has since worked with SME’s to Blue Chips across sectors, cultures and continents to deliver successful people and talent outcomes.
Davina is an ICF credentialed Certified Executive Coach PCC (CPCC), an Organisational Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) and is certified in various psychometrics, neuropsychology and team effectiveness tools and works with all levels and sizes of groups and teams. She has extensive experience designing and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives and has facilitated hundreds of interventions globally with groups ranging from 4 to 200 participants. Her academic affiliations include being a faculty member of both The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and Performance Consultants International (PCI) as a trainer and supervisor of coaches.
Davina has an unusually rich and varied base of experience to draw from which allows her to design genuinely bespoke solutions for the challenge at hand regardless of the industry.
With over 17 years of business experience, Davina's professional journey began in banking and traversed into management consulting. She held multiple senior positions to manage large teams. Having gained much of her experience ‘on the factory floor’, Davina has enjoyed success on projects that span across all levels of business from start-ups and SME’s to downscaling; aggressive acquisitive growth to multi-national organisational instability.
